For best results, wash your pieces by hand at up to 30ºC, with a neutral detergent.
Flat pieces can be ironed.

Outdoor products are prepared to withstand the most common weather conditions, preserving the quality of their materials and finishes for 1 year (or 2 years, for indoor products). Considering that these products are made with natural matter, cases of misuse and interaction with domestic animals are not considered for warranty.

We will regularly announce visits to our facilities, focused on learning related groups.

DHL, Chronopost and FedEx. International shipping is subject to changes by local logistics.

In the Contacts section or on every page's footer, there's a form you can fill out and hand in to the collection operator.
The return costs are covered by who proceeded with the return.
Subsequently, the amount paid will be refunded, or the item will be exchanged as agreed.

It's fundamental to follow the provided instructions to ensure the maintenance of any Avesso product.
After a thorough analysis of the damage description, we will provide you with the appropriate procedures, or eventual recollection of the product (which is, during the warranty period, our responsibility).
After the warranty expires, repairing a product will require a payment.

You can change or cancel your order (via e-mail) if you haven't received confirmation of either: start of production of any of the items, or before the products leave the factory.

The materials and processes used for our products aren't prone to allergic reactions.

Shipping and Returns

Free return in a PickUp parcel shop or through home delivery

All returns of online orders should be done within 30 days from its purchase date.

  1. Prepare your order. Pack your items in a safe way, preferably in their original package.
  2. Deliver your items.
a) In a PickUp parcel shop of the DPD network

If the package was shipped via the DPD carrier, you'll have been provided a label that will allow you to return your order through any DPD Pickup parcel shop. This label must be attached to your order.
Go to a Pickup DPD parcel shop and provide your package.

b) In a PickUp parcel shop for CTT Expresso network

If the package was shipped via MRW, MOOVE, or CTT Postal, you have been provided a label that will allow you to return your order through any spot of the Pickup CTT network. This label must be attached to your order.
You must fill your address details and at the end of the page, in the option CORREIO E ENCOMENDAS, select EXPRESSO — ENVIAR ENCOMENDAS URGENTES (translated to "send urgent mail").
Go to a spot in the Pickup CTT network to deliver your package. Learn here which Pickup CTT spot is closest to you.

c) Free pickup at home

If delivery is done via MRW, MOOVE, or CTT Postal, you can request your order to be collected for free though our client support service, at geral@avessoknitlab.comYou must provide us the following details:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • References of the articles to return
  • Full address to pick up the order
  • Phone number
  • Motive (for the return)

You can help us improve by telling us the motive for your return:

  • Wrong size
  • Quality issues
  • Article doesn't match the photo
  • Issues with the article
  • Other reasons

The courier will collect your package at the provided address.

3. The reimbursement will be done after the articles in question have been returned to our warehouse.
It will be processed via the same payment method used for your purchase, between 3 to 14 working days, after we've received the articles in our main warehouse.

This return method is only available for Continental Portugal.

Return conditions

For exchanges and returns, please ensure the following:

  • All articles must be in the same condition they were received, with original labels and respective invoice.
  • If the return is made by any means other than the ones mentioned above, we reserve the right to not reimburse shipping or return costs. We will also not accept shipments with payment to the recipient.
  • It is not allowed to exchange or return customised articles based on the consumer's specifications.
Returns

The refund will be made within 14 days maximum, using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made by Multibanco reference, our customer support team will contact you to request your IBAN.
